Kresta Awnings Blinds Curtains Shutters Mandurah

Went to the Kresta Mandurah store this afternoon and got served by two ladies (Kylie and Marie), looking for replacement parts for exisiting vertical blinds, the two ladies were more then happy to help and made the experience awesome! Good to see that real customer service still exists. Thank you ladies :)

Absolutely the worst possible service from head office. I have never experienced anything worse. The installer and the measurer were lovely but everyone else we encountered lied and got everything wrong. Even when one of our blinds fell off and we rung and asked for someone to come and re install they wouldnt send anyone even after me ringing head office.

We ordered one set of curtains and two blinds on March 2nd with a quoted delivery of 5 weeks. We were asked for and paid a 50% deposit. Now we are informed it will be at least May 1st before they are delivered but only after we pay in full 7 days before we see the product. Who in their right mind pays in full before seeing the finished product. In contrast a couple of weeks later we ordered a 6.5Kw solar panel system from Solargain. No deposit was required and it was installed and running 5 days later. Payment was asked for only after it was installed. We are talking about curtains here, not rocket science. Why such a delay for something much simpler than solar panels which are sourced from the same foreign country.

DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!Probably the worst customer service we have ever had. We ordered our curtains in August 2021 and we got told they would be fitted before Christmas which we thought was fair enough given the circumstances with Covid. We did not receive our curtains until April. We had contacted them multiple times asking where they were and they did not help at all. Once they finally arrived we noticed that our master bedroom ones were not the correct size that we ordered. We contacted them again and they agreed to fix this issue so finally after 15 months we have our curtains. The curtains are nice but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with. Initially I was told my blinds would be installed in 6 weeks at the most. Well 6 weeks goes by and no blinds, no contact what so ever from them. I wait another week and email the measurer, who then emails me back and states in CAPITALS .. (yelling) that NO, SHE SAID 6 WEEKS TO PROCESS. She then went on to say they wanted full payment otherwise they would not book an installation date. I make full payment and visit their local store to view the product and they say they will book me in for the following friday and I will receive a confirmation email. No email comes so I call and they say they made a mistake and it will be another week. The installer finally arrives (its now been 3 months wait) only to tell me he has the wrong brackets and will be back Monday, but the office will confirm. Monday comes around and no conformation, no installer. I call the office again and they say maybe Wednesday. By this stage I am actually at my wits end as they are so non-committal, do not respond to calls or emails and have shown they are completely inept. Finally, the installer who is actually very pleasant to deal with comes back and finishes the job. It has now been 2 weeks and one end of the brackets has completely fallen out of the wall and my very expensive blinds are dragging on the floor and inoperable. After yet another phone call they promised to send an email address I could send pics to but of course, no email came. I have just called again at 2 pm and they are closed. Please do not order anything of this totally inept and useless business. Buyer beware.

I couldn't fault the service or the huge range of window dressings they stocked. I had our new home entirely fitted with their blinds, sheers and shutters, and they look absolutely beautiful. The staff at Kresta in Mandurah are wonderful and thank you once again ladies. I would highly recommend them. Regards Kathryn W

Most poorly run business I have ever dealt with. 6 months for complete job to be finished when I was told 5 weeks at the start. They make u pay in full before installing but cancel all the time so had all our money in early November and didn’t install till mid January. Many cancellations causing loss of work as had to take time off to meet them and they didn’t show up. Office said they would give us a ten percent discount for our troubles and have not followed through. They won’t return our emails or text messages. Do NOT use this company if you want a stress free service

Had quote done for some verticals and they turned up on time, were very helpful and price wasn't as scary as I thought it may be
